Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information Faith Freelancing Hub may receive, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we may receive
We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, purchase details, support request, course interest, or testimonial. Payhip and its payment partners process transaction and payment information under their own privacy terms. Social platforms also apply their own policies when you contact us there.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to answer questions, deliver purchased products, provide customer support, manage requested updates, understand interest in future courses, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal and privacy principles
We aim to handle personal information transparently, for a legitimate purpose, and only to the extent reasonably needed. These principles reflect the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 and related guidance from the National Privacy Commission.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by services needed to operate the business, such as website hosting, email, social platforms, Payhip, payment providers, file delivery, analytics, or professional advisers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legitimate rights.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, customer support, recordkeeping, dispute handling, or legal requirements. Reasonable organizational and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete information you provided, or withdraw from non-essential email updates. Some records may need to be retained when required for transactions, legal duties, or legitimate dispute prevention.
7. Cookies and linked services
The site and its hosting provider may use essential technology needed for security and operation. Linked services may use their own cookies or tracking technologies. Review the policies of those services before providing information.
8. Updates
This notice may be updated as the store, checkout, email tools, or courses develop. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
