By using this website or purchasing a Faith Freelancing Hub resource, you agree to these terms and any product-specific information shown before purchase.
1. Educational purpose
Products, courses, examples, and website content are educational resources. They do not guarantee clients, employment, business results, or income and do not replace legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
2. Individual-use license
Unless a product states otherwise, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning and use in the purchaser's own freelance business. Templates may be customized and used when communicating with or serving the purchaser's own clients.
3. What is not allowed
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish, give away, or claim authorship of the original or modified files. You may not use them to create a competing template pack, course, membership library, or other product for sale or distribution.
4. Honest professional use
Examples and practice projects must not be presented as real client experience when they are not. You are responsible for checking accuracy, suitability, confidentiality, and applicable rules before using a template or recommendation.
5. Orders, delivery, and final sales
Product descriptions, prices, included files, delivery information, and the Refund Policy shown before purchase form part of the purchase terms. Digital product and self-paced course sales are final once access or a download link is provided, subject to the limited situations in the Refund Policy and rights that cannot legally be waived. Payhip and payment providers also apply their own platform and payment terms.
6. Intellectual property
The website, branding, written content, product design, and original resources remain the property of Faith Freelancing Hub or their respective rights holders. No ownership is transferred through purchase or download.
7. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site and downloads available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Products, pricing, availability, and these terms may be updated. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already required by law.
8. Responsibility and applicable law
You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using these resources. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Faith Freelancing Hub is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
